Who we are

What the service does
It connects an Odoo database you control to an AI assistant you license, so that people in your organisation can ask questions about your own data. Each person connects with their own Odoo API key, and their own Odoo permissions decide what they can reach. We do not hold a shared administrative key to your Odoo.
Your account
- Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Whoever creates a workspace owns it and can invite others, set roles, and decide who may write.
- You are responsible for having the right to connect the Odoo you connect, and for the API keys you provide being yours to use.
Read and write access
Access is read-only until it is granted, per member. A workspace owner or admin grants write access deliberately — or a member grants their own, where the workspace allows it. When it is on, what a write can actually do is still bounded by that person’s own Odoo permissions.
What we do not warrant
An AI assistant can misread, omit or misstate what it retrieves. The service is provided as is: we do not warrant that an assistant’s answers are accurate or complete, and you should not rely on them for decisions without checking the underlying records in Odoo. Where a result is only part of the matching set, we say so in the response.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Odoo API keys expire on a date chosen when they are created; renewing them is yours to do.
Personal data
What we do with your account data is in the privacy notice. What we do with data we handle on your behalf is in the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Who we engage to help is on the sub-processors page.
Your AI assistant
You license it, not us. Its terms, pricing and data practices are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Term and termination
You can ask us to delete your workspace at any time, and we will remove its data and stored credentials. Write to info@clevor.be. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions taken on an assistant’s output without checking the source records. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury.
Law and jurisdiction
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts competent for our registered office, save where mandatory consumer rules give you a different forum.
Changes
We will announce material changes to these terms on this page and in the dashboard before they take effect, and ask you to accept the new version. Each version you accept is recorded against your account.
