Sub-processors

Render Services, Inc.
Application hosting — Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
Everything the application handles while it runs: account details, and the connected apps' records in transit for the duration of a request. Nothing is written to disk by us.
Neon, Inc.
Managed PostgreSQL database — eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
Account details, workspace membership, invitations, and Odoo API keys and Microsoft tokens held encrypted. No business records or mail content are stored.
Axiom, Inc.
Audit logging — eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
One event per tool call: who called it, which workspace, which Odoo model or mailbox, the field names and operators used, row counts and timing. Never API keys, never field values, never results.
The AI assistant you connect
The assistant you connect — Claude, or another — is licensed and controlled by you, and reads from this service as your own authenticated user. It is not engaged by us and is therefore not a sub-processor. Its handling of data retrieved through this service, and whether conversations may be used for model training, are governed by your agreement with that provider and depend on the plan you hold with them.
Changes
Before we add or replace a sub-processor we will announce it on this page and write to the contact we hold for each customer, in both cases with at least 30 days’ notice. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, we will look for an alternative; if there is none, you may terminate the affected service without penalty.
